Custom Design Development

1. Pattern Development Fee

The fee for design development and paper pattern creation is IDR 200,000 per pattern.

2. Sample Making Fee

The cost of producing the first sample will follow the retail price of the selected style, depending on the fabric, design, and construction requirements.

3. Development Lead Time

1. For one pattern and one sample, the estimated production time is up to 5 working days and may be completed sooner depending on the complexity and current workload.
2. For the development of multiple patterns or samples, the estimated completion time will need to be discussed and confirmed in advance.

4. Design Reference Requirements

1. Dani Fashion accepts design references for styles within our production capability, particularly bohemian and resort wear.
2. Providing a physical sample is highly recommended, as it helps our team understand the construction, measurements, and finishing details more accurately.
3. If the pattern is developed based only on photos or reference images, the customer must provide clear and complete measurements.

5. Development Result

1. A measurement tolerance of approximately ±1 cm may apply to the finished sample.
2. For designs developed from photos or reference images, the final result may not be 100% identical to the reference, as construction methods, materials, patterns, and production techniques may differ.
3. If the same accessories, trims, buttons, or other components shown in the reference are unavailable, Dani Fashion may suggest suitable alternatives. Any replacement will be confirmed with the customer before use.

6. Pattern Revision & Design Changes

1. The customer is entitled to one pattern revision after reviewing the first sample if the sample measurements or construction do not match the specifications agreed upon during the initial development process.
2. Any additional pattern revision beyond the first revision will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the Pattern Development Fee per revision.
3. Changes requested by the customer that differ from the originally agreed design, measurements, construction, or design details will not be considered a revision.
4. Such changes will be treated as New Design Development / Additional Development and may be subject to additional pattern development, sample-making, or other related charges depending on the extent of the changes.

7. Sample Revision

1. Sample alterations involving measurement reduction can be carried out without an additional sample-making fee, provided the existing sample can still be adjusted.
2. If the requested revision requires increasing measurements or adding fabric, a new sample may need to be produced and will be treated as a new sample order, with an additional sample-making fee applied.

8. Payment Terms

1. To begin the Custom Design Development process, payment for the applicable pattern development and sample-making fees must be completed before the development work starts.
2. Development will only begin once the payment has been confirmed by Dani Fashion.

9. Cancellation & Refund

1. All payments made for Custom Design Development, pattern making, sample production, revisions, or additional development are non-refundable.
2. Once payment has been made and the development process has started, Dani Fashion does not provide refunds in the event that the customer decides to cancel, discontinue, or change the development project.

10. Pattern Ownership

1. Once the applicable Pattern Development Fee has been paid, the developed pattern will belong to the customer.
2. The customer may choose to have the pattern stored and maintained by Dani Fashion for future production and repeat orders.
3. Patterns stored at Dani Fashion may be reused for the customer’s future orders, subject to the applicable production terms, fabric availability, and any modifications requested for the repeat order.
