Printing Method
1. Hand Screen Printing
A fabric printing method that uses manual screen-printing techniques, with the printed fabric dried naturally under sunlight.
MOQ: 100 yards
Estimated Lead Time:
Approximately 2 weeks for 100 yards.
Best For:
Smaller production quantities and orders that require a relatively faster production process.
Limitations:
- Final colors may vary by approximately ±10% compared with the approved sample.
- Slight color variations may occur within the same production batch, particularly with lighter colors.
- Less suitable for highly detailed or complex designs.
- A maximum of 6 screen colors can be used per design.
2. Digital Printing
A printing method that transfers a design directly from a digital file onto the fabric using digital printing technology.
MOQ: 500 yards
Estimated Lead Time:
Approximately 4 weeks, excluding the proofing sample and approval process.
Best For:
Designs that require more detailed patterns and a wider or more complex range of colors.
Limitations:
The reverse or inner side of the fabric generally remains white because the ink is primarily applied to the surface of the fabric.
3. Rotary Printing
A fabric printing method that uses cylindrical rotary screens to continuously transfer the design onto the fabric.
MOQ: 1,500 yards
Estimated Lead Time:
Approximately 4 weeks, excluding the proofing sample and approval process.
Best For:
Large-volume production, particularly for designs intended for repeated production.
Limitations:
Requires a higher minimum order quantity, making it less suitable for small-volume production.
