From Product Development to Garment Production

1. Product Design Development
Turn your idea, reference, sketch, measurements, design, or existing garment into a product that can move toward production.

Pattern and First Sample Making (Prototype)
Pattern making is the process of turning your confirmed design, sketch, reference image, measurements, or physical sample into the technical pattern used to construct the garment.
At Dani Fashion, the pattern becomes the foundation for the first sample and helps define the garment’s shape, measurements, proportions, construction, and fit.
1. What We Need to Create Your Pattern
Depending on the project, we may require reference images, sketches, garment or body measurements, preferred size, fabric choice, design details, or an existing physical sample. A complete tech pack is helpful but not always required.
2. From Pattern to First Sample
Once the final design is confirmed, we develop the initial pattern and first sample for your review.
One complimentary minor revision round is included for adjustments based on the confirmed design. Changes to the original design, major construction changes, redesigns, or any additional revision rounds may require additional development charges.
Once the pattern and sample are approved, size grading can be arranged if required before moving to pre-production.
Size Grading
Size grading is the process of creating additional garment sizes from an approved base pattern. Once the pattern and first sample have been reviewed, revised if necessary, and approved, we can grade the pattern into the required size range, such as XS, S, M, L, XL, or other requested sizes.
At Dani Fashion, size grading is available after the pattern and sample have been approved. The approved sample becomes the reference for maintaining the garment’s proportions, fit, design details, and overall shape across different sizes. The grading range and size measurements should be confirmed before production begins.
2. Fabric and Material
Choose materials suited to your garment using fabrics available through Dani Fashion or materials sourced from external suppliers.

In-House Fabric Selection
Dani Fashion maintains a selection of fabrics commonly used for our women’s clothing production, including materials suitable for resortwear, summerwear, boho-inspired fashion, and lightweight garments.
Our in-house collection may include fabrics such as rayon, viscose, cotton, linen, and selected blends, depending on current availability. Choosing from available fabrics can help simplify the development process because the material can be reviewed directly before sampling or production.
Fabric colours, compositions, weights, and availability may change over time, so final availability should always be confirmed before an order proceeds.
Fabric Sourcing
If the required fabric is not available from our current collection, Dani Fashion can assist with sourcing suitable materials from external fabric suppliers.
Customers may provide a preferred fabric specification, colour, composition, texture, weight, reference image, or physical swatch to help guide the sourcing process.
We will aim to find the closest suitable option available, but exact matches cannot always be guaranteed due to supplier availability, colour variations, fabric batches, and market conditions.
Any sourced fabric should be confirmed before sampling or bulk production begins.
Custom Fabric Printing
For customers who want to develop their own printed fabric, Dani Fashion can coordinate custom fabric printing through selected external printing partners.
Depending on the design, fabric, quantity, colour requirements, and printing method, options may include techniques such as hand screen printing, digital printing, or rotary printing.
Custom printing may require separate minimum order quantities, setup costs, screens, artwork preparation, or longer lead times depending on the printing method and supplier requirements.
Before production, the artwork, colours, fabric base, printing method, minimum quantity, and estimated lead time should be confirmed.
Trims & Accessories Sourcing
In addition to fabric, many garments require supporting materials such as buttons, zippers, elastic, lace, cords, tassels, hooks, buckles, lining, or other garment accessories.
Dani Fashion can assist with sourcing trims and accessories suitable for the garment design and construction.
Customers may provide reference images, specifications, colours, measurements, or physical samples where a particular trim or accessory is required.
Availability depends on local and external suppliers, and an exact match may not always be possible. Where necessary, our team can suggest the closest available alternative for customer approval before production.

For Wholesale Women’s Clothing, the MOQ is 5 pieces per style, and colors may be mixed depending on current stock availability.
Lead time depends on the product, quantity, fabric availability, and service required.
As an example, an order of 100 long dresses through our White Label Clothing service may take around 2 weeks, provided the required fabric is already available and ready to use.
