Payment Policy
At Dani Fashion, all orders must follow our payment terms before production, processing, or shipment can begin. Please read our payment policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Deposit Payment
To confirm and start an order, the customer is required to make a minimum deposit payment of 30% of the total order value.
Production or order processing will only begin after the deposit payment has been received and confirmed by Dani Fashion.
By making the deposit payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to all order details, including but not limited to style, fabric, color, size, quantity, measurements, label, print, pricing, and production timeline.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be fully paid before the goods are shipped, released, or delivered.
Dani Fashion reserves the right to hold the goods until the full payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Payment Methods
We accept several payment methods, including:
- Bank transfer
- Wire transfer
- Electronic payment methods
- Other payment options approved by Dani Fashion
Further payment details will be provided during the order confirmation process.
4. Payment Confirmation
Customers are required to send proof of payment after completing the transaction.
An order will only be considered confirmed once Dani Fashion has received and verified the payment.
For international payments, confirmation may take longer depending on the bank, payment provider, or transfer method used.
5. Currency, Transfer Fees, and Charges
All payments to Dani Fashion will be finalized in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Prices may be shown or discussed in another currency for reference purposes only. However, the final invoice, total order value, deposit payment, and balance payment will be calculated and finalized in IDR.
If the customer makes payment from an overseas bank account or in another currency, any currency conversion difference, bank charges, wire transfer fees, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer. Dani Fashion must receive the full final amount as stated in the invoice in IDR.
6. Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit payment is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.
This is because confirmed orders may require material purchasing, fabric booking, pattern making, sampling, printing preparation, cutting, production scheduling, labor allocation, or other preparation costs.
7. Order Changes After Payment
Once the deposit payment has been made, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be changed.
If the customer requires additional changes, different specifications, or new requirements after confirmation, these will need to be processed as a new or additional order, subject to pricing, material availability, and production timeline.
8. Late or Incomplete Payment
If the balance payment is delayed, shipment or delivery may also be delayed.
Dani Fashion is not responsible for any delay caused by late, incomplete, or unconfirmed payment from the customer.
If payment is not completed within the agreed time frame, Dani Fashion reserves the right to hold, postpone, or cancel the shipment until the outstanding balance has been fully paid.
9. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer or receiver.
Dani Fashion is not responsible for paying these charges, as each country has different import regulations and tax policies.
10. Agreement
By making a payment to Dani Fashion, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy, as well as Dani Fashion’s order details, invoice, Return & Refund Policy, and other applicable Terms & Conditions.

2. Deposit and Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm and start an order.
The deposit payment is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed. This is because confirmed orders may involve material purchasing, fabric booking, pattern making, sampling, printing preparation, cutting, production scheduling, labor allocation, or other preparation costs.
The remaining balance must be fully paid before the goods are shipped, released, or delivered.
For more details, please refer to our Payment Policy.
3. Ready Stock Products
Ready stock products are checked before shipment or delivery.
Return or exchange requests for ready stock products may only be reviewed if the item has a confirmed production defect and the claim is submitted within the required time frame.
Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after receipt, or returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or wrong product choice by the customer are not valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Defect Claims
If the customer receives an item with a possible production defect, the customer must contact Dani Fashion within 24–48 hours after receiving the goods.
The customer must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Dani Fashion will review the claim based on the confirmed order details, production specifications, and quality control records.
If the issue is confirmed as a production defect, Dani Fashion will provide a suitable solution depending on the case. This may include repair, replacement, adjustment, or another resolution agreed by Dani Fashion.
5. What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following conditions are not considered production defects:

6. Return Approval
All return or exchange requests must be approved by Dani Fashion before any item is sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original labels, tags, and packaging where applicable.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Dani Fashion.
7. Shipping, Duties, and Customs Fees
Dani Fashion can arrange domestic and international shipping based on the customer’s order details and destination.
However, Dani Fashion is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damage during shipping, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges applied by the destination country.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or destination charges are the responsibility of the buyer or receiver.
8. Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for confirmed orders, custom orders, made-to-order products, or production orders.
If a refund is approved as a special exception by Dani Fashion, the refund amount, method, and timeline will be determined based on the case.
All approved refunds will be calculated and finalized in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion differences, or payment provider fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Force Majeure
Dani Fashion is not responsible for delays, failure to perform, or inability to complete an order caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, strikes, supplier delays, material shortages, customs delays, shipping disruptions, power outage or other unexpected events outside our control.
If such events occur, Dani Fashion will inform the customer as soon as possible and may adjust the production or shipping timeline accordingly.
Delays caused by force majeure are not considered valid reasons for cancellation, return, refund, or compensation.
